The Power of Affirmations by Louise Levy

The power of affirmations, one simple one in particular, has completly changed my life, how l see myself and how things are for me. I use to be treated realy badly by people until one day l decided that l was worth more than that. Each day l would go for a walk and say out loud, "I deserve to be treated better than this, I am worth it". I never failed in repeating this mantra until i realised one day l FELT worthy and then l knew life was about to change for me. From that day forward no matter what was, or is in my path l remember that even tho it is hard "I can do hard things" and now my life is filled with peolpe who love me but most inportantly I LOVE ME.
